INTRODUCING THE UPGRADED ZAPAK ZP-CT32C CORD STRAP TENSIONER

We are pleased to announce the launch of the upgraded ZAPAK Cord Strap Tensioner, Model ZP-CT32C.

Since its debut in 2019, the ZP-CT32A model, featuring an optional short-nose round pusher, quickly earned a strong reputation for its reliability and performance. Building on that success, the ZP-CT32B version was introduced in 2020 with an improved control panel and enhanced tension force, receiving outstanding feedback from the market.

Driven by customer input and our commitment to innovation, we are proud to introduce the new Long-Nose Round Pusher. Designed for precise strapping on irregular and round-shaped objects, it provides improved control in large-bundle applications. The new "C" version features a reinforced frame delivering up to 800 daN of tension force, and a new integrated cutter for more accurate cutting on both woven and composite cord straps—offering greater versatility and performance across demanding applications.
To accommodate the Long-Nose Round Pusher, we have made several mechanical and structural enhancements to the tensioner, ensuring smooth installation and reliable performance. For clear identification in future service and maintenance, all new production units will carry the updated model designation ZP-CT32C.
